ED Self-Assessment Tool
Confidential Erectile Dysfunction Screening — IIEF-5 Based
This self-assessment tool helps you evaluate the severity of erectile dysfunction and identify potential vascular risk factors. It is based on the International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF-5) questionnaire, a clinically validated screening instrument used by physicians worldwide.
What This Assessment Covers
The assessment includes questions about erectile confidence, erection firmness during stimulation, ability to maintain erections, satisfaction with intercourse, and vascular risk factors such as high blood pressure, diabetes, smoking, and cardiovascular history.
How It Works
Answer 12 confidential questions. Your responses are scored to estimate ED severity (mild, moderate, or severe) and identify vascular risk factors that may contribute to erectile dysfunction. Results are displayed immediately — no data is stored or transmitted.
Why Screening Matters
Erectile dysfunction is often an early indicator of underlying cardiovascular disease. The same vascular damage that affects blood flow to the penis can affect the heart and brain. Early screening helps identify treatable causes and can lead to better outcomes with regenerative therapies like shockwave therapy and the P-Shot.
