What to Expect

Your initial consultation includes a comprehensive evaluation with lab work, testosterone screening, and nitric oxide assessment. All consultations are confidential and performed by Dr. David Croland.

Two Offices, One Phone Number

We see patients by appointment in Ballantyne (16147 Lancaster Hwy, Suite 120, Charlotte, NC 28277) and in Matthews (1207 Crews Rd, Suite E, Matthews, NC 28105). Both offices run off the same line, (704) 850-6030. Call it whether you want to book, move an appointment, or just ask a question.

Our hours: Monday and Tuesday 8 to 5, Wednesday 8 to 6, Thursday 7:30 to 5, and Friday 7:30 to 3. We're closed on weekends. If you send a request at night or over the weekend, someone from Dr. Croland's office will get back to you the next business day.

What Happens When You Call

We'll ask which office is easier for you to get to and find a time to sit down with Dr. David Croland. That's who you'll see. He does the consultation himself, and if you go ahead with treatment, he does the procedure too. You won't be passed to a nurse practitioner or a different provider each visit.

The first visit is mostly a conversation. He'll want to know what's going on, how long it's been happening, what medications you take, and what you've already tried. Sometimes he'll order labs, like a testosterone panel, before recommending anything. You don't have to commit to treatment that day.

Nobody Else Needs to Know

Most men wait a long time before they call a clinic like ours. We get it. The office is low-key, we keep everything confidential, and you're welcome to phone with questions before you decide to come in.

Which Office Should You Pick?

Whichever is closer. The Ballantyne Men's Clinic on Lancaster Highway tends to suit men coming from south Charlotte, South Park, Pineville, Waxhaw, or Fort Mill. The Matthews Men's Clinic on Crews Road, right off Independence Boulevard, is easier from Matthews, Mint Hill, Indian Trail, Stallings, and the western side of Union County. Same doctor and same treatments at both.
