Our Matthews office sits just off Independence Boulevard (US-74) on Crews Road, minutes from Sycamore Commons, Novant Health Matthews Medical Center, and downtown Matthews.
Most of east and southeast Mecklenburg County and western Union County is within a 15–25 minute drive: Mint Hill is approximately 10 minutes north, Indian Trail is 10 minutes east, Stallings is 5 minutes east, and Weddington is 15 minutes southwest. Access from I-485 and Independence Boulevard makes the office easy to reach for commuters.

Dr. David Croland is an osteopathic physician with over 30 years of experience in non-surgical, minimally invasive procedures. He has performed PRP therapies (including the P-Shot®) since 2014 and shockwave therapy since 2018. Every procedure at the Matthews office is performed personally by Dr. Croland. Your First Visit to Our Matthews Office
The first appointment in Matthews is a one-on-one conversation with Dr. David Croland. Expect him to ask about your symptoms, your health history, what you take, and what you've tried so far. A lot of men come in after pills stopped working or the side effects got old. This is the place to be blunt about that.
He may want labs, such as a testosterone panel, before suggesting a plan. Then he'll walk you through the options: how each one works, roughly how many sessions it takes, and what kind of results are realistic. Nobody will pressure you to start that day.
What's Available in Matthews
Everything we offer is available here. Low-intensity shockwave therapy uses an FDA-cleared device, starting from a baseline of 3,000 pulses per session, with the goal of restoring blood flow. The P-Shot uses platelet-rich plasma from a small sample of your own blood. Testosterone replacement therapy is built around your lab results. We also offer botulinum toxin for ED and non-surgical Peyronie's disease treatment.
Dr. Croland does every procedure himself. He's been doing PRP since 2014 and shockwave since 2018.
Private, Start to Finish
Talking about sexual health isn't easy, and we don't make you do it in a crowded waiting room. Visits are private and everything stays confidential. Men come to this office from Matthews, Mint Hill, Indian Trail, Stallings, and Weddington, mostly because it's close and they know they'll see the same doctor each time.
